The Institute is recognized and governed by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) Career Schools and Colleges. TWC is the state agency whose regulatory functions include licensing schools, approval of programs, staff hiring, site inspections, investigation of student complaints, administration of the Tuition Trust Account, and provision of workforce development services to Texas employers and job seekers.
